Mindful Appetite was created when an injury prevented me from playing soccer and I got curious on how to maintain my health without constant dieting and exercise. Add working in corporate and hustle culture, burnout was my middle name.
Over the years, I've learned that mindset, eating and movement is communication to our bodies, and each day we have the opportunity to tell our bodies how we want it to behave. And I want to teach you how to discover this for yourself.
When we feel our best inside and out, I believe we show up in this world as our most authentic selves.
What we eat and how we move has the power to unlock freedom in other areas of our lives.
To help them discover what healthy looks like for them. For so long, we have believed that healthy looks one way and if we are not close to that image, we suck at life. Every BODY is different and I want to help you discover that freedom for yourself!
